Architecture & Approach
Pushed for Clean Architecture not as dogma but as a precondition for KMP. The boundaries were what let us share business logic into iOS without leaking platform concerns. Runtime performance gains came from instrumenting first, then optimising the hot path inside the shared multithreaded layer.
